Beyond her proactive business initiatives, Chief Diana Chen has been a vital partner and facilitator in the cultural relationship between China and Nigeria; and is a recipient of three Chieftaincy titles in the country. Chief Diana Chen successfully hosted the China-Nigeria Round table Meetings in 2016, and 2018, held first in China and Nigeria’s State Governors’ Investment Forum, and also championed the Lagos State Governor’s business visit to China in 2019.
During the two years of the COVID-19 pandemic hurdle that impaired business globally, the Cooperation between China and Nigeria remained a thriving partnership. She is a profound promoter of the Arts; this is evident in her implementation of an Art & Culture Cooperation project in collaboration with Nobel Laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka.
